As a Senior Product Specialist, you will play a pivotal role in driving revenue growth by establishing and nurturing relationships with healthcare professionals. This position requires a sales professional with Obstetrics & Gynaecology experience especially in government hospital setting. Understanding of current treatment, exceptional communication skills, and a proven track record of success in achieving sales targets.
Responsibilities:Sales Strategy and Execution

• Develop and implement strategic sales plans to achieve and exceed sales targets.
• Identify and pursue new business opportunities while maintaining and expanding relationships with existing clients.

Product Knowledge

• Demonstrate an in-depth understanding of our products. Effectively communicate product features, benefits, and competitive advantages to healthcare professionals.

Workshops and Continuing Medical Education (CME)

• Organize and conduct workshops, training sessions, and CME events to educate healthcare professionals from time to time.
• Collaborate with healthcare professionals and key opinion leaders to ensure effective knowledge transfer.

Market Analysis

• Has extensive knowledge on government hospital policies. Stay abreast on industry trends, market developments, and competitor activities.
• Analyze market data to identify opportunities and threats, providing valuable input for product development and marketing strategies.

Customer Relationship Management

• Build and maintain strong relationships with key decision-makers in hospitals and other healthcare facilities.
• Serve as a trusted advisor, understanding customer needs and providing tailored solutions.

Sales Reporting and Forecasting

• Maintain accurate and up-to-date records of sales activities in the CRM system.
• Provide regular reports on sales performance, market trends, and competitor activities.

Qualifications:

• A bachelor's degree in any science related field (preference), Business, Marketing, or a related field.
• Minimum 5 years pharmaceutical sales experience in hospital coverage.
• Proven experience as a successful senior product specialist, with a focus on pharmaceutical sales.
• Strong understanding of disease management, procedures and the ability to communicate effectively with healthcare professionals.
• Excellent negotiation, communication, and presentation skills.
• Ability to work independently and as part of a collaborative team.
• Willingness to travel as needed.
