- Identify and pursue new business opportunities while maintaining and expanding relationships with existing clients.
- Demonstrate an in-depth understanding of our products. Effectively communicate product features, benefits, and competitive advantages to healthcare professionals.
- Organize and conduct workshops, training sessions, and CME events to educate healthcare professionals from time to time.
- Collaborate with healthcare professionals and key opinion leaders to ensure effective knowledge transfer.
- Has extensive knowledge on government hospital policies. Stay abreast on industry trends, market developments, and competitor activities.
- Analyze market data to identify opportunities and threats, providing valuable input for product development and marketing strategies.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with key decision-makers in hospitals and other healthcare facilities.
- Serve as a trusted advisor, understanding customer needs and providing tailored solutions.
- Maintain accurate and up-to-date records of sales activities in the CRM system.
- Provide regular reports on sales performance, market trends, and competitor activities.
- A bachelor's degree in any science related field (preference), Business, Marketing, or a related field.
- Minimum 5 years pharmaceutical sales experience in hospital coverage.
- Proven experience as a successful senior product specialist, with a focus on pharmaceutical sales.
- Strong understanding of disease management, procedures and the ability to communicate effectively with healthcare professionals.
- Excellent negotiation, communication, and presentation skills.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a collaborative team.
- Willingness to travel as needed.
