    Description

    This role support the Regional Finance Director and Regional Supply Chain & Operations Director to primarily manage and control industrial related costs, including material and labor expenses.

    Monthly tasks

  • Prepare monthly Industrial Cost Report for update to BLC BV
  • Update monthly Industrial Cost Report commentary email to BLC PG team.
  • Update monthly Repair & Maintenance cost report for BLC PG and provide commentary
  • Update Day 1 expectation file for BLC PG
  • Prepare Performance Call tables for BLC Malaysia by Day 6
  • Update Commentary for Performance Call BLC Malaysia
  • Monitor and prepare commentary for OPWC BLC Malaysia
  • Prepare Topsheet for BLC PG
  • Update Accelerate 2025 tracking monthly
  • Prepare monthly External Warehouse Cost report send to SC team BLC PG
  • Update MBR Slides PG Scorecard

    • Quarterly / Annual Tasks

  • Update commentary for Quarterly Business Review BLC Malaysia slides
  • Prepare & review Industrial Cost Forecast as needed for upload with BLC PG Operations
  • Prepare & upload Forecast as per Bunge schedule for BLC Malaysia to Tableau & OneStream
  • Prepare commentary on latest Forecast upload.
  • Coordinate & finalize annual budgeting for Industrial Fixed Cost & Variable Cost for BLC PG
  • Uploading annual industrial fixed cost budget to OneStream ZBB for BLC PG
  • Upload annual budget to Tableau for BLC Malaysia
  • Update KP26 file for Controlling, using finalized budget for BLC PG

    • Ad Hoc Tasks

  • Review DCF submissions from Project Dept BLC PG
  • Review Accelerate 2025 business case submitted by initiative owner for BLC PG.
  • Any requests for analysis, commentary, data retrieval from SAP etc

    • Requirement

  • Accounting degree or equivalent with 3-5 years working experience.
  • Prefer who has knowledge in SAP, MS office (Particularly in MS excel)
  • Prefer who has strong cost accounting knowledge.
  • Candidate must be interested in understanding of operation process in order to find more opportunity in cost saving projects.
  • Able to communicate to difference department team in the company.
