- Support dealers on parts related enquires & issues (parts delivery, parts discrepancy etc)
- Process owner of Parts systems, ensuring systems operating as it should and management of data accuracy and integrity.
- Parts inventory planning and initial stock planning for new models / model year changes for parts, accessories and merchandise; work with Inventory Planner to ensure optimum parts availability from the warehouse.
- Manage and monitor parts logistics service providers performance.
- Monitor and track logistics costs.
- Stock check, monitor warehouse cycle counts and ensure completeness on an annual basis.
- Reporting to Finance for month end, year end closing and as and when required.
- Local parts management of direct delivery process, local part pricing & refill.
- Support Area Managers in parts related matters.
- Warranty KPI monitoring and development of action plan if required.
- Warranty cost monitoring & tracking (including EWP).
- Perform analysis and check quality of dealer warranty claims to identify errors and anomalies.
- Quality Bulletin management.
- Warranty & technical goodwill approval.
- Support Area Managers in warranty related matters.
- Minimum Diploma in Automotive Engineering or related field.
- Minimum 3 years of warranty and/or parts operation experience.
- Possess good communication and interpersonal skills, ability to engage at all levels.
- Ability to work independently, result - oriented, customer oriented and attention to details.
