    Description
    Job Description
    • Collaborating with project managers to develop project plans, defining scope, goals, deliverables, timelines, and resource requirements.
    • Contributing to the development and upkeep of project documentation, with a specific focus on monitoring project budgets, invoicing, revenue recognition, and forecasting revenue/costs for active projects, along with other relevant operational duties.
    • Assisting the Project Manager in ensuring that the IFS project team is well-informed about the critical business requirements outlined by the customer.
    • Working under the guidance of the IFS Project Manager, as appropriate, to plan and execute specific project activities.
    • Assist the Project Manager to generate customer invoices, compile support documentation, and oversee the approval and payment processes with the Finance team.
    • Supporting Project Managers in providing month-end Cost & Revenue accrual data to the Finance team and facilitating the monthly reversal of project accruals.
    • Assisting in the monthly development of the Profit and Loss forecast and analysis for the Market Unit.
    • Addressing information requests from senior leadership and stakeholders.
    • Strengthening the knowledge base and collaboration tools within the team.
    • Assist the Project Manager in ensuring the IFS consulting team are aware of the key business requirements set out by the customer.
    • Assist the IFS Project Manager in driving the Project Team and Customer team
    • Assist the IFS Project Manager in ensuring Quality and Value Assurance
    • Assist in ensure the scope of the delivery contract is according to IFS methodology
    • Identifying and highlighting project risks, recording them systematically, and communicating them effectively to the relevant stakeholders.
    Qualifications
    • University degree in Business, Engineering, Finance or an applicable education in operations, or equivalent.
    • Certified Associate in Project Management, or equivalent Project Management Essentials certification, or equivalent project management experience
    • Minimum of 2-3 years of experience in a similar role, ideally within the consulting, enterprise software, or system integrators environments.
    Additional Information

    Knowledge and Skills

    • Experience with participating in or managing software implementation projects
    • Proficiency in using productivity tools such as Excel, Excel Macros (VBA), MS Project, and SharePoint.
    • Good business aptitude and fast learner.
    • Strong problem-solving and analysis skills.
    • Financial analysis and accounting knowledge.
    • Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal.
    • Demonstrated ability to focus on detail, consistency and quality in written communications and presentations.
    • Mandarin speaking is preferred.
