    The Role

    You will be responsible for :

    • Create/ update positions
    • Create New Employee records
    • Provide new hire info to Payroll/ Benefits
    • Update Job and Salary related Changes
    • Creating of employee verification letters
    • Changes to employee data
    • Process Job Requisition (Create & Amend Requisition)
    • Receive info on mass upload and make changes
    • Employment Reference Letters/verification of Employment letters (Digitally)
    • Update Voluntary and involuntary exit Data in System
    • Support in updating Redundancy and redeployment activities in updating Employee data in system
    • Escalate non-transactional, production, issues promptly and according to established protocols
    • Maintain service level agreements

    Ideal Profile

    • Proficient in Chinese, Mandarin & English language (Read, Write, Speak)
    • 1-3 years of experience in HR Administration process (Employee Data Management, Benefit Admin, Compensation Admin, Performance Management) process with at least 2 years in Experience in HR organization Must Have
    • Graduate in any stream
    • Strong written and verbal communication skills
    • Results and deadline driven
    • Ability to work independently and as part of a team
    • Minimum 1 year Experience with HR systems and tools such as SuccessFactors, SAP, Workday etc
    • Computer proficiency (MS Office – Word, Excel and Outlook)
