Key responsibilities:
• Responsible for creating, updating, deleting, and storing master data in finance accounting systems.
• Effectively communication to internal and external stakeholders when support require to complete master data creation
• Responsible to perform finance activities task assign by line manager, ie: perform invoice posting and complete within stipulated SLA etc,
• Provide guidance, ensure team share / upload client's invoices as per deadline.
• Reviews process documentation ensuring compliance to policies and audit requirements
• Identifies continuous process improvement initiatives and implements best practices to achieve operational efficiencies
• Effectively identifies risk and manages escalations with key stakeholders where process deficiencies are identified
• Supervises provision of accurate, timely information to support external, internal and client audits
