    Job Responsibility

    Job Overview

    As a Assistant to Director, you will play a pivotal role in providing comprehensive administrative support to the Director. Your responsibilities will encompass managing communication, coordinating schedules, handling confidential information, and ensuring the directorate functions seamlessly.

    Responsibilities

    • Administrative Support:
    • Assist with general office tasks such as photocopying, filing, and data entry.
    • Prepare and modify documents, including correspondence, reports, drafts, and emails.
    • HR Support
    • Assist on monthly payroll, EPF, SOCSO & PCB submission.- Maintenance employee file, attendance records, and etc
    • Office Organization:
    • Maintain office supplies inventory by checking stock, anticipating needs, and placing orders.
    • Ensure office equipment is in working order and coordinate maintenance as needed.
    • Scheduling and Coordination:
    • Schedule appointments, meetings, and conferences as requested.
    • Coordinate and organize office events, lunches, and other activities.
    • Communication:
    • Manage incoming and outgoing mail and emails.
    • Distribute information within the office and ensure communication channels are effective.
    • Record Keeping:
    • Maintain and update office records and databases.
    • Manage and organize both electronic and hard-copy filing systems.

    Qualifications

    Job Requirements

    • High school diploma or equivalent; additional qualification as an Administrative Assistant or Secretary is a plus.
    • Proven experience in an administrative role.
    • Proficient in MS Office (Word, Excel, Outlook).
    • Strong organizational and time-management skills.
    • Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
    • Ability to multitask and prioritize tasks effectively.
    • Attention to detail and problem-solving skills.
