- Administrative Support:
- Assist with general office tasks such as photocopying, filing, and data entry.
- Prepare and modify documents, including correspondence, reports, drafts, and emails.
- HR Support
- Assist on monthly payroll, EPF, SOCSO & PCB submission.- Maintenance employee file, attendance records, and etc
- Office Organization:
- Maintain office supplies inventory by checking stock, anticipating needs, and placing orders.
- Ensure office equipment is in working order and coordinate maintenance as needed.
- Scheduling and Coordination:
- Schedule appointments, meetings, and conferences as requested.
- Coordinate and organize office events, lunches, and other activities.
- Communication:
- Manage incoming and outgoing mail and emails.
- Distribute information within the office and ensure communication channels are effective.
- Record Keeping:
- Maintain and update office records and databases.
- Manage and organize both electronic and hard-copy filing systems.
- High school diploma or equivalent; additional qualification as an Administrative Assistant or Secretary is a plus.
- Proven experience in an administrative role.
- Proficient in MS Office (Word, Excel, Outlook).
- Strong organizational and time-management skills.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
- Ability to multitask and prioritize tasks effectively.
- Attention to detail and problem-solving skills.

- Working Hour: Mon - Fri, 8.45am - 5.45pm
