Description

• Coordinate with contractors on site measurements and drawings
• Generate daily site progress reports and photos
• Follow project workflows and timelines
• Maintain project equipment checklist
• Manage work schedules and dependencies
• Maintain worker list and work permit submissions
• Monitor project emails and update changes
• Record general worker attendance and prepare payment vouchers
• Monitor job balance and provide updates to contractors
• Assist in project completion and punch list management
• Minimize losses through efficient coordination and management practices
  
  

• Required Languange(s) : English, Malay, Chinese
• Knowledge in Detailing / Site Experience / Design & Construction
• SPM and above
• Able to work outstation
