Description

• Study current production workflow and learn the insight of our industry (printing)
• Creation of innovative design for improving the process including designing new machine or process
• Automation for different printing process (eg pick & place and curing oven)
• Prototyping to final design
• Able to liaise with manufacturer (local and China)
• Able to run simple machines such as lathe, milling and 3D printer
• Optionally simple coding / programming skills (eg Python)
  
  

• Candidate must prossess at least a Degree
• Fluent in English, Bahasa Malaysia, optionally Mandarin.
• Positive attitude, passionate on collaborative teamwork, excel at interpersonal skills.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
• Adaptable to change, able to pivot and find alternate solutions, demonstrated capability in meeting new challenges.
• Good problem solving skills, able to navigate unexpected situations or conditions.
• Critical observer-thinker, bringing fresh perspective and offer intuitive solutions and ideas.
