    EXECUTIVE, BUSINESS DEVELOPMENT

    Description

    This role will be responsible to handle all job functions of Business Development effectively and efficiently.

    Tasks & Responsibilities

    1. To assist in sourcing and identifying suitable development lands for joint venture or acquisition.

    • To conduct site analysis on new development land proposals recommended by real estate agents/introducers for Management's further consideration.
    • To compile information of the proposed development lands i.e. land matters, development guidelines, surrounding market studies and etc.
    • To prepare project financial feasibility study on the proposed development lands.
    • To assist in preparing presentation slides and recommendation reports to the management for final approval.
    • To keep abreast with the property market trend, performance and authority planning guidelines.
    • To carry out any other duties as and when instructed by the Management from time to time.
