Role Description

This is a full-time Branch Supervisor role, located in Pasir Putih, with the flexibility for some remote work. The Branch Supervisor will be responsible for overseeing the branch operations, managing the team of employees, ensuring that safety policies and procedures are implemented, and achieving branch targets.

Qualifications

• Leadership, Management, and Training skills
• Experience in Operations Management
• Excellent Communication and Interpersonal skills
• Proficient in MS Office
• Experience in the drone industry is a plus
• Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Operations Management, or related field
  

Qualified candidates should have a proven track record of managing teams and delivering results, along with the ability to adapt to changing business demands. The candidate should also be able to work independently and in a team environment, possess great organizational and time-management skills, and have a strong customer focus.

A certification in operations management or any relevant field is a plus.
