    This role will influence and deliver recruitment outcomes focused primarily on a diverse workforce of 650 operational, professional and leadership roles throughout Asia Pacific. The role will directly source and appoint talent into key roles, while also coaching and supporting people leaders in effective recruitment and selection practices.

    The role will contribute to lifting workforce capability, culture and safety by leading the end-to-end recruitment process including:

  • Identifying and advising on appropriate recruitment strategies and options.
  • Partnering with people leaders and HR generalists, providing coaching and feedback to build recruitment capability and deliver quality outcomes.
  • Promoting our employment brand and culture through effective positioning of the company to candidates and the market.
  • Managing administrative aspects of recruitment including pre-employment checks and requirements.
  • Contribute to ongoing development of our workforce including our culture, diversity and inclusion, and overall strategic capabilities.
  • The successful candidate will have demonstrated end-to-end recruitment experience, preferably in a high-volume international recruiting environment. Experience in partnering with senior business leaders, coupled with excellent communication skills and presence, will support the taking of comprehensive recruitment briefs to identify and then meet hiring manager needs. The ability to organise and work with others, in a proactive, fast and effective manner, will be key to success.
