Compensation Management:
- Assist in developing and maintaining the company's compensation structure.
- Conduct market research and analysis to benchmark salaries and benefits.
- Participate in the annual salary review process and merit increase planning.
- Assist in the administration of incentive and bonus programs.
- Ensure compliance with federal, state, and local compensation laws and regulations.
Benefits Administration:
- Support the management of employee benefits programs, including health insurance, retirement plans, and other perks.
- Assist in the evaluation and selection of benefit providers and vendors.
- Provide guidance to employees on benefitsrelated inquiries.
- Assist in open enrollment processes and benefits communications.
- Ensure compliance with benefitsrelated laws.
Data Analysis and Reporting:
- Collect and analyze compensation and benefits data to identify trends and opportunities.
- Generate reports and present findings to HR and leadership teams.
- Assist in the preparation of budget projections related to compensation and benefits.
Policy and Procedure Development:
- Assist in the development and maintenance of compensation and benefits policies and procedures.
- Ensure policies are in alignment with best practices and legal requirements.
- Monitor changes in employment legislation and recommend updates to policies as necessary.
Compliance and Auditing:
- Assist in conducting periodic audits to ensure data accuracy and regulatory compliance.
- Stay updated on changes in compensation and benefits laws and regulations.
- Stay uptodate on employment laws and regulations.
- Ensure that the organization is in compliance with labor laws and regulations.
Employee Education and Communication:
- Participate in the development and delivery of employee communication regarding compensation and benefits programs.
- Help employees understand the value of their total rewards package.
Employee Relations Support:
- Assist in managing and addressing employee relations issues, including grievances, conflicts, and disciplinary actions.
- Collaborate with the HR Manager to investigate and resolve employee complaints and concerns.
- Provide guidance to employees and managers on company policies and procedures.
Performance Management:
- Support the performance management process, including performance evaluations, feedback sessions, and development plans.
- Collaborate with managers to address performance issues and develop improvement plans.
Employee Engagement and Retention:
- Assist in the development and execution of employee engagement initiatives.
- Work with the HR Manager to identify and implement strategies for improving employee retention.
Conflict Resolution and Mediation:
- Assist in mediating disputes and conflicts between employees or between employees and management.
- Collaborate with the HR Manager in handling more complex conflict situations.
HR Information Systems (HRIS)
- Managing HR software and databases.
- Maintaining employee records.
- Generating HR reports and analytics.
HR Metrics and Analytics
- Collecting and analyzing HR data.
- Using data to make informed HR decisions.
- Forecasting HR trends and needs.
SKILLS & REQUIREMENT
- Bachelor's degree in human resources or a related field.
- Previous experience in compensation & benefits. Proven experience in data analytics, industrial relations, employee relations, or labor law. Good experience in Recruitment as well.
- Strong interpersonal and communication skills.
- Knowledge of HR and excel and data analytics report.
- Strong presentation and facilitation skills.
- Knowledge of labor laws, employment regulations, and dispute resolution processes.
- Strong negotiation and conflict resolution skills.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
