Compensation Management:


  • Assist in developing and maintaining the company's compensation structure.
  • Conduct market research and analysis to benchmark salaries and benefits.
  • Participate in the annual salary review process and merit increase planning.
  • Assist in the administration of incentive and bonus programs.
  • Ensure compliance with federal, state, and local compensation laws and regulations.

Benefits Administration:


  • Support the management of employee benefits programs, including health insurance, retirement plans, and other perks.
  • Assist in the evaluation and selection of benefit providers and vendors.
  • Provide guidance to employees on benefitsrelated inquiries.
  • Assist in open enrollment processes and benefits communications.
  • Ensure compliance with benefitsrelated laws.

Data Analysis and Reporting:


  • Collect and analyze compensation and benefits data to identify trends and opportunities.
  • Generate reports and present findings to HR and leadership teams.
  • Assist in the preparation of budget projections related to compensation and benefits.

Policy and Procedure Development:


  • Assist in the development and maintenance of compensation and benefits policies and procedures.
  • Ensure policies are in alignment with best practices and legal requirements.
  • Monitor changes in employment legislation and recommend updates to policies as necessary.

Compliance and Auditing:


  • Assist in conducting periodic audits to ensure data accuracy and regulatory compliance.
  • Stay updated on changes in compensation and benefits laws and regulations.
  • Stay uptodate on employment laws and regulations.
  • Ensure that the organization is in compliance with labor laws and regulations.

Employee Education and Communication:


  • Participate in the development and delivery of employee communication regarding compensation and benefits programs.
  • Help employees understand the value of their total rewards package.

Employee Relations Support:


  • Assist in managing and addressing employee relations issues, including grievances, conflicts, and disciplinary actions.
  • Collaborate with the HR Manager to investigate and resolve employee complaints and concerns.
  • Provide guidance to employees and managers on company policies and procedures.

Performance Management:


  • Support the performance management process, including performance evaluations, feedback sessions, and development plans.
  • Collaborate with managers to address performance issues and develop improvement plans.

Employee Engagement and Retention:


  • Assist in the development and execution of employee engagement initiatives.
  • Work with the HR Manager to identify and implement strategies for improving employee retention.

Conflict Resolution and Mediation:


  • Assist in mediating disputes and conflicts between employees or between employees and management.
  • Collaborate with the HR Manager in handling more complex conflict situations.

HR Information Systems (HRIS)

  • Managing HR software and databases.
  • Maintaining employee records.
  • Generating HR reports and analytics.

HR Metrics and Analytics

  • Collecting and analyzing HR data.
  • Using data to make informed HR decisions.
  • Forecasting HR trends and needs.

SKILLS & REQUIREMENT

  • Bachelor's degree in human resources or a related field.
  • Previous experience in compensation & benefits. Proven experience in data analytics, industrial relations, employee relations, or labor law. Good experience in Recruitment as well.
  • Strong interpersonal and communication skills.
  • Knowledge of HR and excel and data analytics report.
  • Strong presentation and facilitation skills.
  • Knowledge of labor laws, employment regulations, and dispute resolution processes.
  • Strong negotiation and conflict resolution skills.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
