    Job Summary

    In charged of developing and executing training programs for nationwide agency members that is to improve productivity

    Key Responsibilities

  • Develop, execute and support AAA model (all level of agent training path) especially to strategize technical knowledge pillar to enhance agency members productivity and competency.
  • Digitalized training programs that improve training effectiveness and enhance agent training experience.
  • Involved in developing, enhancing and supporting digital sales tools, and drive adoption rate.
  • Initiate, strategize, plan and execute project that drive IL case size.
  • Ensure training compliance.
  • In charge of driving company/department project
  • Handle agency enquiries on training related matter with excellent service mindset.
  • Participate company, division and department events and project
  • Key Requirements


    • With working experience


    • Able to write and speak well in English, Mandarin and Bahasa Malaysia


    • Good interpersonal skill


    • Service oriented


    • Team player


    • Willingness to learn and progress


    • IT savvy and computer literate
