Position: B&K Makeover Director (Manager)

Salary Package: RM5,500 RM6,500

Company Background: Retail Shop (Bathroom & Kitchen Accessories)

Working Hours: 45 hrs/week, rest day on weekdays

Working Location:

Kuching Town Land District, Kuching

Job Descriptions:

Sales Team Leadership:

1. Lead, mentor, and motivate the sales team to perform at their best

and exceed sales targets

2. Set clear performance expectations and KPIs for team members

3. Provide ongoing coaching and professional development

opportunities to improve team members' sales skills

Sales Performance Monitoring and Reporting:

1. Monitor sales team performance, track progress against targets, and

implement corrective actions as needed.

2. Regularly review sales data and metrics to assess team and individual performance

3. Provide regular sales reports and updates to senior management

Job Requirements:

1. Must have experience in selling bathroom & kitchen products

2. Willing to work during Weekends & rest on Weekdays

3. Having the ability to quickly learn and understand the functionalities of various products and respond customer proficiently.

4. Good interpersonal and communication skills and able to interact with people at all levels

5. Proficient in English & Bahasa Malaysia, Knowledge with Mandarin is an added advantage
