- Lead and support strategic and transformation programs/projects that impact Finance
- Collaborate with project sponsor, cross-functional teams, and assigned workstream leads to develop the scope, deliverables, required resources, work plan and timing for new initiatives

- Engage in definition of project scope and objectives collaboratively with relevant stakeholders and drive alignment in program deliverables/timeline

- Proven experience in Program/Project Management
- Demonstrate ability to effectively manage multiple projects and drive successful outcomes
- Demonstrate understanding of Waterfall and Agile methodologies
- Experience implementing large organizational changes applying change management methods and tools
- Proficient Business and Financial acumen
- Process transformation, system implementation and integration experience
- Strong analytical, problem solving and interpersonal skills
- Strong oral and written communication – ability to deliver clear and concise message
- Ability to collaborate with business partners and influence key decisions
- Proactive with strong personal initiative and a sense of prioritization to get results
- Experience with process excellence, process re-design and initiatives
- Project software proficiency, SharePoint, MS Project, MS Office
- 7+ years of experience in Finance or Accounting; high tech industry preferred
- 10+ years of Project and or Program Management experience
- Bachelor's degree or equivalent in Finance or Accounting or related field of study
- Project Management Professional (PMP) Certification (desired)
- Change Management and Six Sigma Certification is a plus
