Open Position: Senior Purchasing Executive (Retail Industry)

A Retail-based Company is looking for a Senior Purchasing Executive to join the team and be based in the Kuala Lumpur office.

Key responsibilities and requirements we are looking for:

• Processing and management of purchase orders to suppliers.
  
• Follow up on shipment or delivery dates, production schedule, shipment clearance.
  
• Warehouse and inventory control.
  
• Source and negotiate pricing and terms with suppliers for best price and payment terms.
  
• Perform Goods Received Note to confirm goods have been received.
  
• New vendor management.
  
• Issue production note to production and store according to production planning.
  
• Diploma or Degree holder.
  
• Strong supervisory experience.
  
• Good planning, organizing and multitasking skills.
