    JR46984 PDE EPM Process and Systems Integration Engineer/Senior Engineer

    As Process and Systems Engineer/Senior Engineer under Package Development and Engineering (PDE) Network EPM (Engineering Program Management) team at Micron Technology, Inc., you'll be responsible for participating or integrating projects that aims to enable new systems or capabilities that involves traceability and new process or equipment while working alongside with smart manufacturing, IT, automation teams to develop Traceability systems and support improving data quality projects.

    Job Responsibilities and Task

  • Collaborate with various PDE teams, A/T Sites, Central Teams and other functional areas in developing and improving business processes
  • Participate in cross-functional enabling projects and initiatives that support new Traceability improvements and enablement
  • Work with PDE, IT, Smart Manufacturing, Automation, Process and Equipment teams in introducing and developing new systems/process
  • Utilize tools for Project Management to plan, scope out, communicate and execute project objectives and deliverables.
  • Review Traceability systems, develop reports and initiate/lead improvement projects as part of data quality initiatives.

    • Requirements:

  • Bachelor's Degree or equivalent experience in Engineering or related field of study
  • At least 4 years of relevant working experience in process and systems or in semiconductor industry.
  • Possess sound methodology for organizing work, decision-making and setting priorities
  • Have excellent verbal and written communication skills.
  • Strong interpersonal skills, to help inspire good partnership among colleagues and vendor counterparts.
  • High degree of self-initiative and ability to think and act independently

    • Preferred Additional Qualifications:

  • Project / Program management skills are a bonus.
  • Knowledge in report data query tools like SQL (MSSQL, Snowflake, GCP/Big Query), Data Virtualization (TDV, Dremio), Macro, Python, Perl
  • Experience on visualization tools and reports like Tableau, PowerBI, Tibco Spotfire
  • Proficiency in critical computer applications like Excel, Word, Power Point, Statistical tools, Jira, Confluence, Power Automate
