    (Selangor – Shah Alam)

    Responsibilities:

  • To oversee, update and creating contents for the organization's digital platforms such as social media and website to ensure information constantly up to date.
  • Develop and execute digital campaigns and promotion ideas to increase followers, drive leads, improve engagement, drive website traffic and creating contents to generate brand awareness.
  • Work closely with designer and internal team to provide support, drive ideas and to implement improvements.
  • Explore and recommend creative ways to reach out to target audience and continuously engage consumers through digital platforms.
  • Keep up with trends in the digital marketing space, competitors' activities and industry best practices in order to stay abreast of the developments in the marketplace.
  • To manage, improve and update online contents of all the company's social media accounts such as Facebook, Instagram, Tik Tok and others.
  • Provide accurate and timely information reports and analysis of all digital marketing activities.
  • Managing campaign budget and adjusting bids to optimise ROI with media agency.
  • Tracking daily, weekly and monthly KPIs to idenfity opportunities for improvement.
  • Reporting campaigns and media KPIS to management on regular basis through various dashboards.
  • Work as a team player in marketing to assist other relevant brand management activities.
  • Requirements:

  • A Bachelor's Degree or Diploma in Business, Marketing, Mass Communications, or a related field is required.
  • Min 3 -5 years relevant experience in digital marketing, ideally in the FMCG, skincare, or agency sectors.
  • Have relevant technical skills in CRM, Adobe Analytics, Google Analytics, HTML, SEM, SEO optimization.
  • Keep up with the new digital marketing developments and innovations.
  • Team player and good planning skill.
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills in English, Mandarin, and Bahasa Malaysia.
