- Apply the extensive functional knowledge in digital marketing, CRM, social commerce, and more to provide high-level analysis and strategic insights.
- Presenting findings and initiatives to management, communicating the strategic significance of their work and securing support.
- Collaboration with other functional leads within the Business and Growth team, translate strategies into actionable plans for countries.
- Maintaining ongoing reporting and tracking the progress of growth initiatives.
- Collaborate closely with external partners on strategic partnership projects, driving these projects forward, establishing robust partnerships, and ensuring alignment with the organization's growth strategy.
- Relevant Degree in Business, Engineering, Finance, or a related field
- 2-5 years of experience in relevant industry, internet or consulting background preferred.
- Demonstrated skills in fact-based analysis, presentation, and interpersonal interaction.
- In-depth knowledge of digital marketing, CRM, social commerce, and related domains is preferred.
- Exceptional communication and presentation skills.
- Strong stakeholder management.
