    SALARY RANGE : RM 6,000 - RM 8,500

    A DAY IN A LIFE

    As a start up, you can expect your days to be pretty varied. Multitasking is normal, and sometimes, your skills or natural talents will be leveraged to support other business priorities. That said, the bulk of your working hours should involve you having to:

  • Prepare and deliver both routine and ad hoc management reports pertaining to freighter route and network performance to stakeholders of all levels.
  • Identify all near and mid-term market opportunities from new and emerging markets while maintaining active communication with Teleport's sales and distribution channels.
  • Review route network performance to identify profitability gaps, providing thoroughly researched plans to improve route profitability and influence stakeholders for effective implementation.
  • Develop business cases and strategic evaluation of induction of future Teleport freighters, including but not limited to the deployment of aircrafts at other regional hubs.
  • Collaborate with Airline Group in evaluating special projects pertaining to retrofits, modifications and system upgrades to the fleet ie. EDTO certification to identify performance improvement opportunities.
  • Perform the necessary profitability analysis prior to the greenlighting of each flight based on forecasts and historical performance.
  • Coordinate among external stakeholders to ideate and resolve cross-departmental issues impeding current freighter fleet profitability.

  • Strong emphasis on communication and stakeholder management skills.
  • Skillset aligns with revenue management, emphasizing numerical proficiency and the ability to develop accurate projections.
  • Proficient in management reporting, translating data into actionable insights.
  • Knowledgeable in sales theory to optimize revenue generation.
  • Capable of conducting market analysis to inform strategic decision-making.
