- Issue Purchase Order, submit to vendors and coordinator and coordinate until the arrival of goods into the warehouse.
- Ensures the timely delivery of quality products.
- Participates in the selection of vendors based on a criteria.
- To review forecast with planning & production department. Analyst forecast against actual stock movement trend for purchasing planning.
- Ensure vendors invoices and documents meet requirements for importation.
- Communicate and manage variances/discrepancies with vendors.
- Conducts a comparative analysis on vendors prices.
- Reviews and evaluates the performance of the vendors.
- Advise internal and external on issues regarding purchasing Terms & Conditions.
- Verifies that the required order is within the agreed budget.
- To perform miscellaneous duties, which are work-related, as assigned.

- At least 1 Year(s) of working experience in the related field is required for this position.

- Preferably Junior Executive specialized in Purchasing/Inventory/Material & Warehouse Management or equivalent.
