    Description
    Job Responsibility

    • Manage the company's day-to-day financial records and accounts
    • Prepare financial statements, ensuring accuracy and timely submission
    • Conduct financial analysis, provide financial advice, and generate reports
    • Proficiently use financial software to maintain the accuracy and integrity of financial systems
    • Adhere to relevant regulations and accounting standards, ensuring compliance of financial activities
    • Process payroll using Quick Pay System and ensure timely payroll completion
    • Prepare monthly payroll summary and overtime report
    • Responsible to generate and prepare timely submission of statutory contributions of EPF, Socso and Income Tax

    Job Requirements

    • Diploma / Degree in Finance/Accountant
    • At least 2 years related working experience in related field
    • Experience in monthly payroll processing
    • Computer literate in Microsoft office Application & Payroll System
    • Strong numerical skills
    • Good communication and written in English
