    As a Customer Service Representative, you will be responsible for managing pricing activities for an assigned portfolio of countries. Your primary focus will be on ensuring pricing and quotation requests are completed within agreed service levels. This is a temporary position covering maternity leave, with a duration of six months.

    Responsibilities:

    • Own the pricing process for the assigned portfolio of countries, ensuring timely completion of pricing and quotation requests.
    • Utilize the Global Quotation Engine to accurately complete domestic and international shipment pricing on a daily basis, in accordance with quotation requests.
    • Manage and maintain customer files, including country charging files, ensuring all required information and paperwork are gathered and maintained for updating customer files with special rates, routings, and packaging details.
    • Communicate effectively with other offices within the World Courier Network to address global pricing and customer service-related matters.
    • Prepare re-quotations when necessary, ensuring adjustments are aligned with relevant shipment requirements.
    • Engage in regular communication with both external customers and internal departments to address various issues such as emergency shipments, customer account status, invoices, etc.
    • Adhere to all procedures, work instructions, and regulatory requirements while performing job duties.
    • Provide accurate answers to service-related questions and handle complaints from customers and clients in a courteous manner; escalate complex issues to appropriate personnel as needed.
    • Make suggestions and recommendations to the Supervisor/Manager in order to continually improve customer service operations.
    • Perform other duties as assigned by management.

    Qualifications:

    • Min. Diploma or equivalent.
    • Strong attention to detail and ability to work accurately under time constraints.
    • Excellent communication skills (both written and verbal) with the ability to interact professionally with internal teams and external stakeholders.
    • Proficient in using computer systems for data entry, email communication, document management, etc.
    • Previous experience in customer service or pricing roles is preferred but not required.
    • Please note that this position is temporary coverage for maternity leave only and may involve additional tasks as assigned by management during the assignment period.
