Senior Engineer Facility Hook Up Management - Kulim, Malaysia - Infineon Technologies

In your new role you will:

He/She is in charge for Facilities Hook up/Engineering as section manager to support the production ramp for new tools hook up and tool relocation. He/She to liaise with various internal partners (Production end user, Purchasing, Facility Ops, Facilities system owner and hook up business partner).

Manage and lead the hook-up team to deal with hook-up business partners for infrastructure & new facilities system installation related to expansion, equipment hook-up, system capacity study, space management, distribution planning and provide engineering support for on-time installation, keeping costs within budget including project management.

You are best equipped for this task if you have:

1) Degree in Engineering / Project management / others technologies / Diploma with relevant experience.
2) Good interpersonal skills.
3) Able to work long hours when required.
4) Able to work with Engineers and Contractors.
5) Good Contractors Management skill. Employee may be required to work outside normal working hours, including evenings, weekends and/or holidays.
6) Able to work in a fast–paced, dynamic, and multi-disciplinary environment..
7) 5+ years of work experience, and can work with less supervisory.
8) Experience with equipment hook up in the semiconductor manufacturing industry is preferred.
9) Experience with ISO drawing, AutoCAD, Microsoft, and Project software
