- Manage job application form compilation and submit for superior approval by attached the store organization chart.Record the submission by email to stores & HR on staff name and date joined.
- Update store's monthly organization chart by area.
- Store's weekly folder checking, recording and filling. Manage documents sorted by department.Card Reconciliation folder record & placement
- Monitor store alarm report from vendor & update alarm call centre if any store early or late closure.
- Communicate with Mall Operations team on documentation.Work permit applicationPreparing letter to mall on store operations request
- Assist in monitoring & issuing Job Requisition (JR) on store non-trade movement.
- At least a Certificate/Diploma in business management or relevant discipline
- At least 1 year experience working, past experiences in retail industry is a plus.
- Strong interpersonal and communication skills, both written and spoken
- Good Computer Skills, proficient in Microsoft Excel
