    The Job

    Your responsibilities will include:

    • Preparing internal reports for the company by compiling information, i.e. Accounts Receivable (AR), Accounts Payable (AP), and General Ledger (GL)
    • Assisting in bank reconciliation, journal entry & monthly closing.
    • Preparing monthly bank reconciliations.
    • Preparing payment & management reports.
    • Creating and updating expense reports
    • Processing reimbursement forms
    • Maintaining digital and physical financial records
    • Issuing invoices to customers and external partners, as needed

    The Profile

    Skills required:

    • You have a diploma/degree in Accounting, Finance.
    • You have at least 1 year of experience within an AP Accountant, AR Accountant, or Accountant (General Ledger) role.
    • You are a strong team player who can manage multiple stakeholders
    • You are highly goal driven and work well in fast-paced environments
    • You possess strong analytical skills and are comfortable dealing with numerical data
    • You have experience in SQL
