    Job Description

  • Handling credit card disputes from customers and merchants.
  • Follow-up with customers and merchants or relevant party on required documents and clarification of dispute.
  • Handling of dispute resolution with affiliate banks timely in accordance to card scheme rules and regulations.
  • Handling cases from Ombudsman of Financial Services.
  • Handling inquiries and correspondence with customers and merchants.
  • Reconciliation and general ledgers.
  • Ad-hoc assignments or tasks assigned by Supervisor.

    • Requirements

  • Possess at least a Bachelor Degree or equivalent
  • Strong analytical skills, eye for details and able to handle multi-tasking.
  • Good English communication and written skills
  • Good interpersonal skills and strong team player
  • For VP1 position, possess good domain knowledge in card scheme dispute resolution rules and regulations, and with 8 – 10 years relevant experience
