    Job Description

  • Manage the performance of the FFP (Frequent Flyer Program) and ensure that the revenue driven from this line of business is maintained. This is done by ensuring the targets for the Issuance of BIG Points, and redemption of BIG Points from AirAsia
  • Oversee and drive product enhancements that adds value to BIG Members
  • Drive campaigns that increases revenue through the redemption of BIG points and BIG points purchase(flight)
  • Be the key liaison person with the AirAsia team for product enhancements and issues ie. be able to create a business requirement and work with all departments within BIG and AirAsia
  • Able to troubleshoot and strategize problem solving actions needed for issues that occur within product lines that include the Technical & Product Team, Commercial Team, Marketing Team and Operations Team
  • Manage all airlines campaigns, make routes recommendation and work with all stakeholder (including AirAsia)
  • Establish a close relationship and personal rapport with airline partner stakeholder from commercial, tech and digital team
  • Meet regularly with AirAsia and update performance
  • Oversee relationship with other Group partners to analyze information to demonstrate the case or explore possible ways forward to challenge assumptions while ensuring all decisions made are commercially sane
  • Responsible to deliver and scope various commercial initiative to drive continuous improvement and drive revenue
  • Structure and negotiate deals with existing partner to meet business goals
  • Track, influence and analyse the key metrics to support ongoing partnership management and identify opportunities to fill product gaps or create new business opportunities that provides added value to BIG members and increase redemption
