• Proficient in design and development of user experiences designs
• Functional knowledge in Agile and Scrum
• Functional knowledge in coding (e.g. basic CSS and HTML)
• Good communication skills
• Empathy – able to understand users/ stakeholders, listens well

Experience :

a) Proven work experience as a UIUX Designer, with portfolio of design projects
b) Knowledge of wireframe tools and design software
c) Experience in Agile and Scrum practices
d) Experience in building design team or Experience in Digital Transformation are plus points.
