    The Remittance Channel Manager's key responsibility is to support the Retail Remittance team on sales, marketing, business support areas covering remittances, and remittance related project management matters. We areseekingindividualswho are experienced in coordinating remittance sales and marketing campaign requirements with relevant stakeholders for the department. This role reports to the Head of Channel Management.

    Key Responsibilities:

  • Support the Retail Remittance team on sales, marketing and business support areas including but not limitedto: Providing troubleshooting assistance for branches, BDC and call center for remittance related matters Providing data and guides to help drive remittance sales via traditional channels, digital channels and BDCs Developing and monitoring remittance business performance indicators Conductingmarket research and analyzing remittance business' customer and competitor behavior Drivingsales strategies and approaches to grow the Retail Remittance team's business
  • Generate unique sales plans, create engaging advertisements and promotions, develop pricing strategies to ensure that the Retail Remittance team meets its financial targets.
  • To conduct sales and marketing campaigns supported by industry research and statistics to drive maximum value of return on marketing funds.
  • To assist on all remittance related sales and marketing campaigns which include but not limited to: - Identifying sales'hot spots' Liaising withtheMarketing and Communications department for marketing material standards Tie up with various other PFS products to create value propositions for bank and customers Vendorselection / negotiations
  • Job Requirements:

  • Malaysian citizen
  • Candidate must possess a min Diploma or Bachelor's Degree in Business, Banking, Finance, Management or equivalent.
  • 5 years and above work experience in sales and marketing
