• Communication & well-being (discipline)
• Ensure driver attendance, leave, EL & MC are managed well.
• Decision on operating driver in case change in schedule.
• Ensure driverâs license, GDL, port passes validity.
  
  

• Route planning as per Customer Service advise
• Arrange for delivery & collection on best profit relativeness
• Ensure complete documents attached with complete information before despatching to drivers
• Port system booking & planning accordingly.
• Close feedback with driver on current delivery/offloading or collection status with constant update to customer service team
  
  

• MT Container detention last day
• Export Laden opening/closing day & VGM
• Import Laden – storage and gate pass expiry
• Daily Job Status – Timing, ETA ,ETD
• Truck GPS – speed / idling/ location
• Drivers Condition (i.e – rest /next work day)
• Driver routine check on trucks, (i.e. – black oil /water / tyre pressure/ trailer lights)
  
  

• DGC cash voucher preparations (Daily)
• Completion of job entry on Haulage system (Daily)
• Drivers works-ticket data entry and submission (weekly)
• Submission of driver leave form.
  
  

• Required work area – North port area.
• Min 3 years working experience in haulage industry in Port Klang.
• Good communication and writing skills in English & Bahasa Malaysia.
• Computer Literacy with creative reporting skills (Ms Excel).
• Good communication skill with team members and customers when required.
• Able to work independently with strong commitment and minimum supervision.
• Must possess own transport and willing to dispatch as and when needed.
