Description
Job Responsibilities:
Maintain and troubleshoot any technical issues in the production line.
Handle and follow up on machine operations.
Collaborate with planners, production teams, and technicians to plan and execute equipment-related activities promptly (TBM, CBM, and Improvement).Standardize manufacturing of new equipment, including setup, training (work instructions), and sourcing new technology.
Lead new machine and process startup initiatives.Supervise installation, testing, and commissioning of M&E systems.
Design, develop, and implement electrical systems and processes to enhance manufacturing efficiency and productivity.
Ensure seamless integration of electrical systems with existing processes by collaborating with cross-functional teams.
Resolve electrical issues on the manufacturing floor to minimize downtime and meet production targets.
Conduct regular inspections and audits to ensure compliance with safety standards and regulations.
Stay updated on industry trends and advancements in electrical engineering to propose innovative solutions for process improvement.
Requirements:
Bachelor's degree in Electrical, Mechatronics, Engineering, or a related field.
Minimum of 3 years of experience in electrical engineering, preferably in a manufacturing setting.
Proficiency in computer literacy; familiarity with AutoCAD, Microsoft Office, and Adobe Acrobat is advantageous.
Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with attention to detail.
Excellent understanding of mechanical and electrical systems.
Proven technical problem-solving abilities.
General knowledge of electrical and electronic systems, coupled with good mechanical skills.
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills to collaborate effectively with cross-functional teams.
Ability to work independently and manage multiple tasks concurrently.
Knowledge of relevant safety regulations and best practices in electrical engineering.
Proficiency in Bahasa Malaysia and English languages.
