    Description

    About the Role:

    We are seeking a talented and enthusiastic Marketing Specialist to join our game publishing company. This role will be based in Malaysia but will focus on handling marketing activities and strategies for the Singapore, Malaysia, and Indonesia markets. We encourage fresh graduates to apply and be part of our dynamic team.

    Responsibilities:

    Assist in developing and implementing marketing strategies and campaigns to promote our games in Singapore, Malaysia, and Indonesia

    Conduct market research and analysis to identify target audience preferences and trends in each market

    Collaborate with cross-functional teams including product management, creative, and social media to execute marketing campaigns effectively

    Manage social media channels and engage with the gaming community in Singapore, Malaysia, and Indonesia

    Plan and execute events, partnerships, and influencer collaborations to increase brand awareness and user acquisition

    Create compelling and engaging content for marketing materials, website, social media, and other channels

    Monitor and analyze key performance metrics, providing regular reports and insights to optimize marketing strategies

    Stay up-to-date with industry trends, competitor activities, and emerging marketing opportunities in the gaming industry

    Support the marketing team in other tasks and projects as needed

    Requirements:

    Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business Administration, or a related field

    Fresh graduates are encouraged to apply

    Passion for the gaming industry and knowledge of popular games in Singapore, Malaysia, and Indonesia

    Strong communication and interpersonal skills to effectively engage with diverse audiences

    Excellent written and verbal communication skills in English

    Proficiency in Mandarin and/or Bahasa Malaysia would be an advantage

    Proactive and self-motivated with the ability to work independently and as part of a team

    Creative thinking and ability to generate innovative ideas for marketing campaigns
