- Responsible to manage a set of strategic regional, national customers efficiently by delivering a profitable volume through superior customer service.
- To manage customer needs through corporate to corporate basis for chain outlets.
- Responsible to manage account/outlets operations and execute excellence with proper detailed planning within budget/ resources given.
- Work with Brand/Channel/Pricing/Market Research team to strategize promotion plans for key customers.
- To conduct market visits / route ride for market place opportunities.
- Possess at least a Bachelor's Degree, Post Graduate Diploma or Professional Degree in Business Studies/Administration/Management, Marketing or equivalent.
- Proficient in English & Malay languages.
- At least 5 years of working experiences preferably in FMCG industry.
- Outgoing, confident and pleasant personality with good communication skills.
