We are immediately hiring fresh graduates to be our Velesto Trainee (Protégé) for HR Business Partner under Human Resources Division joining us as early in May 2024.

Job responsibility:-

• To assist on compiling hiring documents and for permit applications for offshore new hire(s).
• To keep track on the hiring, salary adjustment, promotion and contract renewal.
• Letter issuance : Salary Adjustment, Contract Renewal, Promotion and Contract of Employment (VED/VWO).
• Ensure information provided in letter (for salary adjustment, promotion, contract renewal and contract of employment is precise.
• To arrange interview with Hiring Manager for offshore positions.
• Ensure all hiring, promotion, salary adjustment and contract renewal tracker are updated.
• Ensure healthy communication established with internal client (Operations) on arranging interviews and provide candidates information precisely to Hiring Manager(s).
• Communicate effectively with potential new hire after interview and ensure documents compiled are suffice to proceed for approval.
• Assist in tender documentation and clarification.

Minimum requirements:-

• Undergraduate student with relevant Bachelor's Degree in Human Resources or equivalent
• Proficient in English and Malay language
• Malaysian (Applicants for a diverse background would be encouraged to apply)
• Age 26 and below
• Must not currently employed
