    About the Department

    The Technology and Operations function is comprised of five teams of specialists with distinct capabilities: business partnership, technology, operations, risk governance and planning support and services. We work closely together to harness the power of technology to support our physical and digital banking services and operations. This includes developing, centralising and standardising technology systems as well as banking operations in Singapore and overseas branches.

    Job Responsibilities

  • Administer, configure, update, maintain and manage security devices: Firewall, Proxy, Email Gateway, Monitoring tools, NAC and Load Balancer
  • Perform testing / deployment / troubleshooting activity
  • Ensure compliance to operation availability and stability SLA
  • Perform troubleshooting and provide solution to security related incidences
  • Monitor and manage security alerts
  • Provide IT Security design and solution for new project implementation.
  • Liaison with internal/external stakeholders for requirement gathering/process improvement/change requirement
  • Job Requirements

  • Candidate must possess at least Bachelor's Degree (Computer/Telecommunication), Computer Science/Information Technology or equivalent
  • Experience in IT Security with specific involvement in implementation and management of Firewall, Proxy, Email Gateway, Monitoring tools, NAC and Load Balance and Product knowledge of Fortinet, Juniper, Checkpoint, F5 & Bluecoat.
  • Strong knowledge in TCP/IP networking with good understanding of routing and switching technology.
  • Familiar with Linux Shell.
  • Possession of security professional certification.
