    Job Responsibilities

  • Support the Head of TMOD to execute talent management strategies including succession planning, talent development and organization development.
  • Engage business leaders, key senior talents and successors on career conversations and development planning. This includes execution, monitoring and tracking of development actions.
  • Manage customized leadership development interventions including vendor management, for talent pool including formal training, coaching, mentoring and on-the-job development.
  • Design and execute organization development initiatives such as team effectiveness, staff engagement and development initiatives to embed leadership, organization culture and values.
  • Support the recruitment, development and engagement of the UOB Management Associates Program, including alumni and new hires.
  • Support assessment centers and feedback coaching to key talents as part of talent development
  • Participate in Bankwide and HR-related projects, as required
  • Job Requirements

  • Candidate with strong experience in culture and people integration projects
  • Experience in banking industry or consultancy
  • Strong communication and stakeholder management skills
  • Able to work independently, with minimal supervision
  • Able to work under strict timelines
  • Meticulous and detail-oriented
  • At least 10 years of related working experience
