- Minimum certificate in Engineering Electrical, Engineering Electromechanical or equivalent from Polytechnic/IKM
- Experience in manufacturing /chemical plant
- Machine problem analysis & improvement
- Good in planning & job arrangement
- ISO management in ISO 9001, 14001 & Halal
- Preventive maintenance
- Wiling to work during weekend
- Wiling to perform for call back
- Electrical Knowledge (Electrical control, Overhead under ground table)
- Problem solving skill (Brainstorming, Root Cause Analysis) Job Responsibilities
- Repairing, servicing and maintenance of equipment
- Purchase for spare parts or equipment
- Monitor & control of inventory
- Daily, weekly, monthly, machine inspection plan
- Carry out PM job
- Preventive maintenance for machine & equipment
- Improvement machine efficiency and minimal machine downtime
- Work closely with production and other engineering group to achieve best result for the company
- Implementing cost-effective equipment modifications to help improve safety and reliability
- Experience with PLC (Panasonic, Mitsubishi)
- Experience with Electircal diagram and hard wiring
