    About the Department

    The Technology and Operations function is comprised of five teams of specialists with distinct capabilities: business partnership, technology, operations, risk governance and planning support and services. We work closely together to harness the power of technology to support our physical and digital banking services and operations. This includes developing, centralising and standardising technology systems as well as banking operations in Singapore and overseas branches.

    Job Responsibilities

  • Candidate will be part of Information Security department and working closely the Bank Infrastructure and IS Security team on the IS Security projects.
  • Candidate will be capable to handle multiple projects simultaneously.
  • Working with the Group and Local Information Security project management office to turn the strategy and roadmap into a delivery programme and individual projects.
  • Working with Group and Local Information Security teams to delivery Security initiatives and Security exercises.
  • Co-ordinates the programme of interrelated projects, from approval to closure, to ensure optimum efficiency in the allocation of common resources and skills. Ensures that realistic Programme, quality & compliance, and risk plans are prepared and maintained.
  • Effectively estimates costs, timescales and resource requirements for the successful delivery of the Project(s).
  • Candidate will manage end-to-end for project delivery. Tracks all project activities against the plan, providing regular and accurate reports to senior stakeholders, as appropriate and manages stakeholder expectations.
  • Job Requirements

  • Bachelor's degree in Information Technology preferred. Professional degree in Supply Chain is an added advantage.
  • Minimum 8 years experience in Technology Procurement, Supply Chain and Project Management.
  • Possesses strong negotiation skills
  • Has good verbal communications skills
  • Is timely in following up on contracts and checking on backordered items
  • Is capable of staying within a given budget
  • Has good math skills and is quickly able to calculate the cost of goods and services
  • Is trustworthy and does not abuse authority or misappropriate funds
  • Able to handle stress and last minute request.
