    Job Description

    . Help in the strategy (if Required) for and execute all local paid online acquisition efforts including:

    Facebook, Twitter, Instagram, Tik-Tok ads

    Search engine marketing (SEM)

    Google Display Network (GDN) and other Banner ads

    Affiliates

    . Collect data and track the performance of all marketing activities and channels against set KPIs (CPI, CPO, CPA, PPC etc.)

    . Manage day to day workflow and setup for projects and campaigns across platforms . Regularly provide analysis on performance against forecasts and making adjustments as necessary to fulfil the set objectives

    . Serving clients for tasks such as performance media briefing, strategy planning, budget allocation, campaign analyses and quarterly business reviews

    . Spearheading relations with account team working on common accounts to ensure alignment with clients

    . Ability to troubleshoot technical issues on campaigns, especially conversion-oriented ones

    . Innovating to improve performance, growth and profitability across all channels

    . Keep up-to-date with market trends and come up with creative ideas that are one step ahead of the competition

    . Share best practices with peers within group

    . Accountability and full ownership for campaign performance and aligned KPIs

    . Training and mentoring executives to take up implementations across platforms

    Qualifications

    . BA/BS or equivalent working experience.

    . Min. 3 years' experience in digital marketing

    . Strong experience with performance marketing and online acquisition tools and networks

    . Entrepreneurial mindset and willing to get hands dirty

    . Acute analytical skills and a data-driven mentality †you know the relevant KPIs and how to work with them

    . Excellent time management and organisation skills, comfortable in meeting tight deadlines

    . Strong leadership abilities and track-record of hitting targets with limited resources/budget

    . Previous experience working in a startup or dynamic high-growth company a plus
