Job Description:

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Senior React Frontend Programmer to join our dynamic team. As a Senior Frontend Programmer, you will be responsible for developing and implementing user interface components using concepts and workflows such as Redux, Flux, and Webpack. You will also be collaborating with the design and backend teams to ensure seamless integration with the backend services and to create visually appealing and user-friendly interfaces.

Responsibilities:

Develop new user-facing features using
Build reusable components and front-end libraries for future use
Translate designs and wireframes into high-quality code
Optimize components for maximum performance across a vast array of web-capable devices and browsers
Collaborate with other team members and stakeholders to deliver a cohesive user experience
Ensure the technical feasibility of UI/UX designs
Conduct code reviews and provide constructive feedback to junior developers
Stay updated with the latest frontend technologies and best practices
Troubleshoot and debug issues reported by users or QA teams

Requirements:

Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or a related field (or equivalent experience) or
5+ years of experience in frontend development
3+ years of experience with and its core principles
Strong proficiency in JavaScript, including DOM manipulation and the JavaScript object model
Experience with popular workflows (such as Redux, Flux, or MobX)
Familiarity with newer specifications of ECMAScript (ES6+)
Experience with data structure libraries (e.g., )
Knowledge of modern authorization mechanisms, such as JSON Web Token
Familiarity with RESTful APIs
Experience with common front-end development tools such as Babel, Webpack, NPM, etc.
Ability to understand business requirements and translate them into technical requirements
Excellent communication and collaboration skills
Attention to detail and strong problem-solving abilities
