    Description

    We are looking for a friendly, well-spoken sales development representative to assist our client in expanding their customer base. The sales development representatives responsibilities include generating potential leads, soliciting potential customers, facilitating sales, and connecting customers with the right salespersons.

    Responsibilities:

    • Understand and refine our client's offerings for education, academy, and learning centers.
    • Generate leads, meetings, and focus on meeting company sales goals.
      Developing sales strategies to draw in potential buyers or to solicit new potential customers.
    • Provide regular reports on sales activities and results to management.
      Initiating contact with potential customers through cold-calling or responding to inquiries generated from advertisements.
    • Takes detailed call notes and records any feedback.
    • Moving solid leads through the marketing funnel, connecting them to a salesperson, and arranging in-person meetings, emails, or phone calls.
    • Following up with potential customers who expressed interest but did not purchase any services.
    • Performing regular follow-up calls or emails and facilitating communication with existing customers to ensure their satisfaction and identify new potential needs.
    • Collaborating with sales executives to ensure the company goals and targets are met.

    Qualifications:

    • Hustle & aggressive sales personality.
    • Excellent communication skills with a consultative sales approach and be a strong sales leader, persuader, and influencer.
    • Communicates effectively on the phone.
    • Knowledge of sales techniques and strategies.
    • Quick to grasp technical concepts and information.
    • Successful completion of coursework in sales techniques, marketing, and communication may be advantageous.
    • Relevant experience in strategy, sales, or marketing in education or the SAAS industry is a plus.
    • Uses phone etiquette best practices and computer literacy skills.
    • Good time management and analytical skills.
    • Strong communication, interpersonal, teamwork, and customer service skills.
    • Education A high school diploma in marketing, business, sales, or equivalent.
    • At least 2 years of work experience is preferred.
    • Mandarin language proficiency is preferred.
