- Responsible in managing Document Management Solutions (DMS) services, which consists of management of a team of at least 30 personnel, overseeing overall day to day business process outsourcing and document imaging projects
- Operates within the requirements of Safety, Security and Environment Policy, Quality Systems, Company Guidelines, Procedure and Budgets
- Manage overall administration and supervision of DMS services involving planning, organizing and implementation of work process to meet departmental and company benchmark for all DMS projects
- Manage and execute the delivery of DMS projects and initiatives that are required by the Company and plan roll out communication to other stakeholder
- Manage and coordinate resources to support roll out of new DMS projects which covers the scope of preparation of user requirement, delivery of UAT (User Acceptance Testing) and ensure operational readiness with SOP
- Ensuring DMS operations team meets customer expectations and departments KPI/Goals
- Collaborate with Sales and other internal departments to provide a solution for their request
- Drive process improvement initiative within DMS.
- Communicate with customers and team members to access operational feasibility of user business requirements. Review deliverables prepared by team before communicating to clients to ensure timely deliverables and issues escalation/resolution
- Work closely with Sales team to resolve issue(s) from customer(s) with regards to DMS services
- Prepare and perform system and resources deployment, also provide operational support and resolve the initial project issues. Prepares for engagement reviews and quality assurance procedures. Effectively applies our methodology and enforces project standards
