- To develop a strong dealer channel base for sales on a range of existing products (Spare Parts, Tyres, Lubricants, Batteries, Car Accessories, etc) in assigned territories.
- To maintain strong relationships with customers, advise them regarding the company's new products, pricing, and promotion.
- Ensure collection of debts in a timely manner.
- Provide excellent after-sales services to the customers.
- Able to achieve monthly sales targets.
- Able to track and monitor dealer performance, analyze results, and recommend solutions and improvement.
- Minimum SPM qualification.
- At least one year of sales working experience in the automation spare part/ Lubricant industry.
- Hard-working, self-motivated, results-oriented, and honest.
- Candidate must possess a driver's license and own a car.
- Able to work in a challenging and fast-paced working environment.
- Required language(s): Mandarin as you need to communicate with Mandarin-speaking customers in order to effectively liaise with the Stakeholders of the region.
