    Role Description

    This is a full-time on-site role for a Finance Manager. The Finance Manager will be responsible for overseeing financial activities including budget preparation, financial forecasting, cash flow management, and financial analysis. The Finance Manager will also collaborate with other departments to optimize financial outcomes.

    Qualifications
    • Accounting, Audit, and Financial Analysis skills
    • Budget preparation and cash flow management skills
    • Experience with financial forecasting and modeling
    • Excellent analytical, organizational, and problem-solving skills
    • Strong attention to detail, accuracy, and deadline-oriented work style
    • Ability to work collaboratively with other departments to optimize financial outcomes
    • Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, or related field
    • CPA or CMA certification is a plus
    • Experience in the hospitality industry is a plus
