    Job Details:

    Position : Treasury Specialist

    Company Industry : Food-Products Corporation (Shared Services)

    Working Hours : Monday - Friday A.M. to 05.30 P.M.)

    Working Mode : Hybrid - 3 days Office, 2 days WFH

    Working Duration: Contract with PERSOLKELLY until 31 December 2024 (for maternity replacement)

    WHO CAN APPLY

    • Degree in Finance, Accounting or related professional qualification
    • 1 - 2 years related work experience in Treasury, Accounting, Finance.
    • Knowledge of e-banking tools will be a plus.
    • Knowledge of Kyriba (Treasury Management System) will be a plus.
    • Experienced in SAP added advantage
    • Proficiency in Microsoft Office
    • Good command of English
    • Meticulous and attention to details
    • Able to commence within immediately
    • Open only for Malaysian

    JOB RESPONSIBILITIES :

    • Support centralisation of the operational treasury function at SEA/APAC region
    • Provide guidance to local finance teams on treasury related matters in accordance with group policies.
    • Partner effectively across functional teams to drive key Treasury initiatives and cross-functional projects involving Treasury.
    • Ensure that BUs liquidity is under the control.
    • Manage and secure the BUs payment process.
    • Execute payments onshore/offshore through related tools.
    • Conduct bank reconciliation and ensure timely authorization.
    • Manage cash forecasting process.
