- Manage internal work distribution for a smooth running of the daily operations efficiently and effectively
- Manage inventory control of parts (stock replenishment; purchase requisition & purchase order) – continuous improvement with cross functional project teams to improve inventory management.
- Plan and organise storage utilization effectively.
- Verify and analyse operational costs for Parts Centre.
- Generate & analyse statistics/reports accurately and timely.
- Maintain and generate process procedure documentation in an efficient and timely manner.
- Implement and ensure safety, security and housekeeping are adhered. You are best equipped for this task if you have:
- Bachelor Degree in Logistics/ Supply Chain or relevant studies
- Minimum of 5 years working experience in procurement / supply chain / warehouse operations
- Warehouse Management Principles and Supply Chain Management
- Inventory Management Principles
- Resources Management
- Project Management
- Visual Management and Lean Management
