We have an exciting opportunity for you to join our team as Senior Manager reporting to the Executive Vice Finance Operations Global Leader in Johor Malaysia based on regional coverage allowing you make significant impact to our Finance Operation and its growth.

- Provide strategic leadership for the Billing and Cash Application functions across multiple Asian jurisdictions ensuring alignment with global finance strategy organizational priorities Establish strong governance over O2C processes policies controls ensure compliance corporate standards regulatory requirements audit expectations Serve as O2C regional leader key advisor senior business stakeholders on billing impacts revenue implications operational risks Drive standardization harmonization scalability of O2C processes across countries business units Lead oversee daily operations for Billing & Cash Receipts teams ensuring timely accurate high-quality service delivery in accordance with SLAs KPIs Monitor operational performance identify bottlenecks implement corrective actions ensure continuous improvement strong SLA adherence Ensure invoice accuracy timely issuance cash allocation completeness reconciliation integrity all managed markets Manage multi-country O2C complexity local statutory requirements tax considerations varying billing models Act trusted advisor local finance teams commercial leaders business units on all billing cash application-related matters Support strategic decision-making providing financial insights scenario analysis recommendations related billing operations revenue recognition impacts Build strong cross-functional relationships Sales FP&A Tax Commercial Project teams ensure effective O2C execution Serve local driver subject-matter lead ERP transformation projects SAP HANA migrations future O2C digitalization initiatives Lead process design testing data migration training cutover activities smooth system transitions minimal operational disruption Champion continuous improvement initiatives leveraging automation system enhancements workflow optimization improve efficiency accuracy scalability End-to-end migration new countries central Billing/O2C hub structured transition knowledge capture risk mitigation successful go-live Develop transition plans country readiness assessments stabilization processes newly onboarded entities Ensure seamless integration new teams processes documentation SSC operating model+/ul+
