    Description

    Responsibilities:

    • Responsible for general office administration
    • Manage and coordinate day to day administrative operations and addressing all office administrative needs of the office.
    • Monitor office equipment purchasing and maintenance.
    • Renewal of business and related licenses.
    • Distribute information and correspondence.
    • Arrange and assist short term accommodation for staff who works outstation.
    • Arrange business travel requirements, booking of flight and accommodation.
    • Liaise communicate with vendors and arrange payments with Finance team, assist Finance team on banking, general financial, taxation enquires and activities

    Requirements:

    • Must have experience managing and executing admin functions and must willing to be hands on admin functions to ensure smooth operation
    • OSHA certifies or knowledge in office OSHA preferred
    • Office and facility management incl. Maintenance
    • Knowledge in company secretarial would be an added advantage
